🎤 About the Speaker: Bill Werner

Bill Werner is an Associate Professor in the William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at UNLV, where he teaches hospitality law, labor relations, employment law, and risk management. Before joining UNLV, he spent over a decade practicing labor and employment law in Las Vegas, including in-house roles with Mirage Resorts and Boyd Gaming.

His areas of expertise include labor-management relations, employment litigation, and risk mitigation. A dedicated educator and practitioner, Professor Werner continues to consult on employment and labor law and is widely published in industry-leading journals.
