HR Ethics: Recognizing and Managing Everyday Ethical Risks
By popular demand, this highly requested ethics program is back — and this time we’re bringing it online.
Join us on August 19 from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM for HR Ethics: Recognizing and Managing Everyday Ethical Risks, an interactive program focused on ethical decision-making and professional responsibility in HR practice.
Through realistic workplace scenarios and facilitated discussion, participants will explore how routine HR decisions can create ethical, legal, and reputational risks when warning signs are overlooked. Topics include confidentiality of employee information, conflicts of interest, workplace investigations, favoritism, and inappropriate conduct by management.
Attendees will gain practical tools for identifying ethical risks, applying structured decision-making frameworks, and responding appropriately to complex workplace situations in alignment with organizational values and professional standards.
This program supports competency development in ethical practice, employee relations, and risk management and is pending SHRM recertification credit and HRCI Ethics credit.
